Pars en Thèse Jazz

In this new album, Frédéric Viale pays tribute to his masters and to traditional jazz, the jazz that swings. This is why he has surrounded himself with renowned jazzmen. Emanuele Cisi on tenor saxophone and Aldo Zunino on double bass. Humberto Amesquita on trombone and Adam Pache on drums. Among the eleven tracks on this disc, seven are Frédéric's compositions: Vendredi 13, Empreinte Celeste, IKA, Azul, OLE, Swing interdit, Paul Chambers. Four tracks are arrangements of compositions by Mulgrew Miller, Van Heusen & Delage, Vincent Scotto and Kenny Barron.
